Empress Atossa of ancient Iran 2500 years ago, was the daughter of Cyrus the Great. She married Darius the Great. Together they brought on many reforms and global standards most notably a new cuneiform language and royal roads. It connected the four corners of the empire, from China to Africa, and Europe to India. It made Iran the crossroads of civilizations. Human rights was tolerated, and all countries lived peacefully according to their own traditions.
